An Exclusive Night of Whiskey Pairing: A Celebration Dinner with Michter’s and Chef Patrick Basset

Join us for an Epicurean Journey at The Liberty Hotel as we honor Veterans Day with an unforgettable celebration of Michter’s Whiskey. On Friday, November 15, 2024, experience a masterfully curated four-course dinner led by our new Executive Chef, Patrick Bassett. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a distinguished expression of Michter’s whiskey, showcasing their nuanced and layered profiles.

The evening begins at 6:30 PM with an exclusive Michter’s US 1 Sour Mash cocktail and a refreshing citrus salad reception to set the tone for the night. Guests will then indulge in a series of exquisite courses, including seared diver scallops complemented by brown sugar bacon lardons and sweet potato, a savory roasted Berkshire pork chop with honey crisp apple and mustard jus, and a decadent caramelized pineapple bread pudding topped with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel.

At check-in, guests will have the opportunity to notify us of any food allergies to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
