With a background at renowned restaurants like L’Espalier and Wequassett Resort, he emphasizes seasonal ingredients and refined simplicity in his cooking. At CLINK., he leads the kitchen with a focus on innovative, locally inspired dishes that celebrate the flavors of the region.
Alex McKeeton (Executive Sous Chef )
Executive Sous Chef Alex McKeeton brings a refined yet creative approach to CLINK.’s culinary program. With experience at esteemed Boston establishments such as The Newbury Boston and Krasi Meze and Wine, Alex is dedicated to crafting dishes that highlight bold flavors and seasonal ingredients. His vision for CLINK. focuses on blending contemporary techniques with thoughtfully sourced elements, delivering an elevated dining experience that reflects both innovation and the rich culinary heritage of the city.
Shirley Kiu (Chef de Cuisine)
Chef de Cuisine Shirley Kiu has been an integral part of CLINK. since 2014, playing a key role in shaping its reputation as a top dining destination in New England. With experience at acclaimed restaurants like Market by Jean-Georges, Shirley brings a refined approach to modern cuisine, balancing technical precision with creative artistry. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge, she is passionate about working with the highest quality local ingredients, elevating classic dishes with innovative flavors and meticulous attention to detail. Her dedication to culinary excellence ensures a dining experience that is both sophisticated and memorable.
